Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Assist in daily office needs and managing company’s general admin activities
  • Prepares and maintains subsidiary ledger for Cash Advance, Payment, Trust Liability, Equipment, Funs Transfer and Cash in Bank
  • Prepare reports on Cash Advance, Accounts Payable, and Liquidation of cash advances
  • Performs other function as may be assigned by the Superiors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

* Night Shift Schedule

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

  • With basic bookkeeping skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Accuracy
  • Multitasking
  • Typing

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably have atleast 1 or more year(s) experience as an Administrative Assistant
